All information collected by the BFJFO will be maintained in its safe and secure files. No information will be shared with a third party.
When the Millennial Descendants Project is completed and published for the use of its members only certain information will be shared, such as the same format of the 1980 publication of “The Descendants of Benjamin Franklin Johnson”. The information includes first and last names, parent’s names, spouse and children's names, sibling names, year of birth, and birthplace.
No address, email, or phone numbers will be shared unless approved by the family member.
For a family member to access the project information they must prove they are a descendant of BFJ, receive and maintain in good standing, a BFJFO membership identification number, and be issued an approved password.
